Course outline

This course lasts approximately 1 and a half hours.

It is designed to impart the basic principles of fire extinguishing to the laymen. It comprises of a lecture of basic principles of fire, along with a DVD presentation. We will issue a twelve page booklet and introduction of fire protection in the work place for each delegate to keep. We will also give a live fire demonstration using extinguishing agents appropriate to the individual customer’s fire risk. We finish the training off with a question and answer session. On completion of the course a certificate is issued to each delegate.
